Cancellation Policy
If the client wishes to make date changes must notify more than 24 hours in advance, your service will be rescheduled according to availability. If the schedule is not convenient for the client, a voucher will be offered in his favor that can be used within the following 3 months. In this case no refund applies.
If the client does not show up for the service appointment in a timely manner, it is considered a NO SHOW and cannot be rescheduled and no refund is applicable.
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days in advance. After this period no cancellations will be refundable.
For cancellations more than 7 days in advance, the client will first be proposed to change the date, if not, a maximum of 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the cancellation of the service is attributable to the school due to weather conditions or any other reason attributable to the school, the service will be rescheduled at no additional charge. If the schedule is not convenient for the client, a refund of the full amount paid by the client will be offered.
